$150 per hour or $500 for 4 hours
- Assess patient care needs
- Facilitate communication between patient and medical professionals
- Educate patients about diagnoses and referring to specialities
- Advocate for treatments/procedures/tests that are appropriate for patient care/diagnoses
- Complete review of medical records, lab results, reports and medications
- Advocate on behalf of patient in hospital setting
- Demonstrate compassion and empathy with patients and families with regards to their healthcare wishes
